My experience with Pink Rose was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, I felt appreciated as a customer. I was even surprised with a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, which was such a thoughtful touch. I had the pleasure of working with Petro, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely one of the nicest people to work with. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I was taken care of. His quality of work was also excellent and everything was left looking brand new! I highly recommend Pink Rose, especially if you have the chance to work with Petro. Excellent customer service and a wonderful overall experience!

I needed help with replacing the weatherstripping on the garage door, and I received the best service and professional attention from Pink Rose. T.J answered all of my questions and concerns, with courtesy and respectfully. I did not feel as if I wasting his time, and he did not make feel feel like this work was beneath him (which I sometimes get from contractors at other businesses). He arrived as scheduled, completed the work on time, and reviewed the work with me to my satisfaction. Would recommend using this company for this type of project!

This is the third time we’ve used Pink Rose. We have been very happy with the results. That’s why we continue to use them. Bernie the Pink Rose employee was great to work with, pleasant, courteous and did great work. He was a great representative of the company. I highly recommend Pink Rose to anyone that needs work done.

We are thoroughly pleased with our experience. We had a minor toilet issue, your tech, Darrin V., came out to repair it. Darrin was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was extremely patient and reassuring while dealing with my Dad, the homeowner. He worked fast and efficiently. I will highly recommend Pink Rose and Darrin V. to anyone in the need.

The Pink Rose Team was prompt with replies, offered great suggestions and insight for our remodeling goals. They walked us through every step in the selection process, very thorough with the quote, the time line for the project to be completed once work began was within a day (actually finished a day early)! Pink Rose inspected all materials with us prior to beginning work to ensure it was what we wanted and to ensure nothing was damaged or missing. They were on time each day, they ensured all walkways were covered to avoid tracking any construction debris outside the work area. Their attention to detail was evident each step of the remodel. They reaching out to us to discuss questions that came up during remodel of our 96 year-old house (always a few curve balls). When finalizing the remodel and inspecting everything with us , it was evident that they took great pride in the work they’d done. They went over the entire project to be sure they’d completed everything g we wanted to our satisfaction. They added little details that we hadn’t thought of (matching doorstops, new matching switch covers) and demonstrated new features to be sure we understood before having us sign off on
